Advancement

1. High temperature resistance (1100oc-1300 oc)

On the condition of long-lasting high temperature of 1200 oc, the nozzle of boiler, highly featuring oxide resistance, wears less.

2. Heat impact resistance

On the condition of long-lasting washing of coal powder and mixed-up hot-blasting steam flow, the nozzle of boiler wears less.

3. High quality of being welding

No preheating before welding, no tempering after welding. There is no crack on the welding line after long use.
     
4. Cold & heat fatigue resistance
Though the nozzle of boiler is subjected to sudden heat at the start or sudden cold at the stop more than 100 times, there is not any product weakness such as crack and deformation.
