4) White or colorless crystals, effloresce in air, soluble in water easilybut not in organic solvent
5) Water solution is alkaline
6) PH of 1% solution is 12.1
7) Density is 1.62, melting point is 73.4
8) Used as soft water agent, cleaning agent for electroplating, color fixer for fabric dyeing, flux for fabric dyeing, flux for enamel ware manufacturing.
